Our Core Values

Passion for Trees

Trees provide the air we breathe and the urban forest we live in. We exist to care for the trees that care for us.

Community Service

Our urban environment is the intersection of nature and civilization, and every year storms bring the two violently together. We help our community by often serving as first responders in tree-related accidents.

Adventure

We get to work with chainsaws and climb trees every day! Do we need to say more?

Safety

We love the adventure but also recognize the dangers tree work poses. We pursue industry best practices to make sure our customers and our employees are protected.

Comradery

From the person raking to the person climbing, we are all a team working together for the betterment of our environment and community. We work, sweat, laugh, and succeed together.

Continuous Improvement

Mastery of any skill is a process that is never fully completed. We encourage every team member to learn and hone their skills and ask questions. Our industry is rapidly evolving and there are always opportunities to grow and learn.

Respect

Respect and humility go hand in hand. We show respect for the master arborist as well as the arborist learning the trade for the first time, and we have the humility to know none of us are perfect and all can grow and learn.
